Matthew Lemmons Professional Artist - Color & Decorating Consultant

Matt is an accomplished and experienced Illustration, Mural, and Trompe-l'œil artist, as well as a professional residential and commercial painter. Matt was born and raised in Henderson Kentucky, moving to Sarasota, FL to pursue his true passion – Art. Matt has been adding drama and style to homes in Manatee and Sarasota Counties since moving here in 2000 to attend college. Matt currently enjoys living in the Lakewood Ranch area with his wife Kristie, and son Cayden.

A Ringling School of Art & Design Alumni, Matt earned his Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, with a Major in Illustration and Minor in Photography. Matt also holds an Associate's degree in Fine Arts from the University of Southern Indiana.

Matt has completed over 15 custom mural paintings (and counting) for home owners. He has an incredible ability to conceptualize and understand exactly what his clients are looking for. Matt has completed over 11 Commissions (original paintings and portraits) and holds a specialty Certification in Oikos Italian Plaster Applications.

Adam Bullock Professional Painter - Foreman & Head of Sales

Adam has been ‘brightening homes' in the greater Bradenton and Sarasota areas for over 5 years. Adam has 16 years of experience painting, refinishing, pressure washing & consulting home owners on color choices and coating products.

Adam started his painting career working for a family friend in a custom wood cabinet shop at the age of 14, and has completed several Faux Finish certifications at Manatee Technical Institute.

Adam dreamed of starting his own business at the age of 17, even choosing the name Brighter World before the dream ever became a reality. The name Brighter World came from his interest in bettering the world through simple acts of kindness, and the realization that simply painting a home can brighten a person's environment, bringing ease, peace of mind and even comfort to their lives.

Adam and his wife Jamie moved to the Bradenton area in 2003 from West Michigan, in search of better weather and greater opportunities – which they found! Adam is now the proud father of two beautiful children - Myah Sue Bullock, and Kaden James Bullock.

Jamie has been working and living in the Bradenton and Sarasota area with her husband and partner in business, Adam since 2003. Jamie moved to Florida after completing her studies at Grand Valley State University for Broadcast Communications, in Grand Rapids MI. Jamie came to Florida in search of new and exciting opportunities. Shortly after moving to Florida and starting Brighter World Painting with her husband Adam, Jamie found her niche in Marketing, and has been having fun with the business ever since. She is the proud mother of two small children and a Free-lance Marketing Consultant. Jamie is always available, and accessible to handle any of Brighter Worlds client's administrative, bookkeeping and customer service needs.
